Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will lead on the setting up and operational delivery of: building fabric and maintenance, grounds, environmental impact, cleaning (external contractor), facilities porters, health and safety, and security.
You will have responsibility for the management and application of an annual budget circa £2.4m, including engagement and management of specialist contractors and service providers, ensuring the School’s obligations to statutory compliances are met, including health and safety legislation compliance and the generation and implementation of work place risk assessments.
