This position is responsible for supervising students on the coach, promoting adherence to the school’s code of conduct, and maintaining an orderly and respectful environment.

The Chaperone supports the school’s mission by providing consistent oversight, guidance, and safeguarding throughout the journey. Key duties include assisting with student boarding and QR sign-ins, monitoring behaviour, acting as a point of contact during emergencies, reporting incidents to the transport department, and ensuring collection requirements for younger students are met. All responsibilities must be carried out in alignment with the school’s safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety policies.
