The College seeks an inspirational and experienced Director of Drama to lead a dynamic department with a proud theatrical heritage. The successful candidate will bring vision, creativity and strategic leadership, overseeing drama from our youngest pupils to the Upper School. They will promote excellence in performance and teaching, develop local and international partnerships, and ensure that drama continues to thrive at the heart of Dulwich College life.

Interview dates: 1st round interviews will take place on site on Monday 17 November 2025

2nd round interviews will take place on site on Friday 21 November 2025
