We are looking for a DUCKS Early Years Practitioner. The EYP will support the educational, social and pastoral development of pupils under the direction of the Room Leader or Class Teacher, ensuring high standards of learning, care and compliance. The role includes supporting the delivery of the EYFS or KS1 curriculum, observing and assessing pupils, maintaining accurate records, promoting positive behaviour, working collaboratively with colleagues, participating in CPD, and ensuring all practice meets statutory requirements.
