Dulwich Prep & Senior is an exciting place to work. With over 800 pupils, it has been the largest boys’ prep school in the UK and is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the world’s most cosmopolitan city. We are excited to launch our senior section this September, and boys will now be able to stay with us until GCSE.

We are looking for an engaged and organised Commercial Manager to lead and grow our non-fee income streams, which currently generate around £375k of revenue annually. This key role is responsible for maximising the commercial potential of our outstanding facilities. A key part of this role is managing and developing our Holiday Club, ensuring it is well-run, profitable, and offers a safe, enjoyable experience for all children.

You’ll also oversee school lettings, the Saturday Swim School, and seek new partnerships to maximise the use of our facilities outside of school hours. Working closely with the Bursar and HR, you’ll plan and deliver a schedule of commercial activities, recruit seasonal staff, and ensure high standards throughout.
