Applications are invited for the position of Holiday Club Manager at Felsted School. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and develop a new Summer Holiday Club at Felsted School, creating an engaging, safe and sustainable programme for children and families. This will be a non-residential Day Programme for children up to the age of 11.
Founded in 1564, Felsted School is a leading co-educational HMC and IAPS boarding and day school, educating circa 900 students aged 3–18. Located in a picturesque rural village in North Essex, the School occupies a stunning 90-acre campus. Felsted prides itself on being a welcoming and grounded school community which plays to the interests and strengths of the individual.
The Holiday Club Manager will have responsibility for developing the provision from the outset, with the ambition of establishing a successful summer programme and exploring opportunities to expand provision into additional school holiday periods.
This is a role that combines programme development, operational management, customer engagement and commercial growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the Prep School to ensure that the Holiday Club is well integrated into the wider life of Felsted.
