The Lettings and Events Assistant plays a key role in coordinating and managing venue hire and events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

This role involves handling inquiries, processing bookings, liaising with clients, and overseeing the setup and running of events. The Assistant ensures that all lettings and events comply with policies and health and safety regulations while maximising the use of facilities to generate revenue.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
