Newton Prep is a leading co-educational day school for pupils aged 3-13 years located in short walking distance of Battersea Park and Queenstown Road B.R. Stations.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR generalist to be responsible for providing an efficient, effective and responsive HR service to the school.
Reporting to the Headmistress and Bursar, you will be responsible for providing proactive advice and guidance to the School’s Senior Leadership Team on the application and interpretation of employment legislation, employment policies and procedures and the provision of a comprehensive HR service. There will be an element of more administrative duties, but these will be shared with the HR Assistant.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00 during term time and 8.30-16.30 during school holidays.
