Assistant Head of History

Summary

We require an experienced teacher of History to join a highly successful and well-established History Department to teach in the Senior School (up to and including A Level) at this thriving girls’ Independent School. The ability to teach Politics at A Level in addition would be advantageous.

Detail

The purpose of this role is to provide positive leadership and management along with the Head of Department for the successful implementation and development of the School’s academic and pastoral programme as a full-time member of the History Department. The successful candidate will be able to manage and develop History throughout the School ensuring that each student is positively encouraged to develop their potential in this subject to the full.
