We are seeking to appoint a new Head for Westfield School, following the retirement of Neil Walker after nine successful years in post. The new Head will bring exceptional leadership ability, educational insight and strong personal values, imagination and sensitivity.

Westfield recently joined the RGS Newcastle Group of schools and we are looking for someone to develop its forward thinking and inclusive provision from Early Years through to Sixth Form. They will have the vision, experience and enthusiasm to apply the latest thinking in teaching and learning in order to provide the best possible experience for our students, laying the strong foundations for their future.

The new Head will build on the established high academic achievements, excellent extracurricular provision and the strong sense of a nurturing community to enhance further Westfield’s position as an outstanding North East school.
