Job Overview

This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Headmaster to shape & deliver the school's strategic vision. Providing leadership across the school's operations, you will drive excellence, manage risk, and identify opportunities for growth & innovation to support the long-term success of St Piran’s.

The ideal candidate will have:

A track record of successful senior operational experience in a school setting

Exceptional people management & relationship-building skills

Understanding of the commercial & financial landscape of Independent Schools

Expertise in governance, compliance & risk management

A proactive approach to operational excellence & continuous improvement
