We are seeking an HR Administrator and Bursar's PA. The successful applicant will be organised, friendly and self-motivated. They will have experience of managing recruitment and HR with meticulous attention to detail and regard for confidentiality.

Post Overview

We are seeking an HR Administrator and Bursar's PA to join our busy Admin Team. The successful applicant will be organised, flexible, friendly and self-motivated. They will have a calm manner and an ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues. They will have experience of managing recruitment and HR procedures with meticulous attention to detail and due regard for confidentiality.

Experience of working within a school environment would be advantageous, although not essential.


Qualifications/Professional Development

● CIPD qualification would be desirable

● Evidence of recent involvement in professional development

● Awareness of Safeguarding principles

Skills and experience

● Experience of working in administration

● Experience of HR work

● Effective verbal and written communication skills

● A high degree of computer literacy (particularly Microsoft office and Google applications)

● Experience of diary/calendar management

● An excellent telephone manner

● Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage tasks

● An eye for detail and accuracy

● Sympathy with the Christian ethos and activities of the school

● A professional manner and appearance

Interviews will take place in mid August 2024. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a formal interview and undertake an in-tray exercise. There will also be an opportunity to tour the school on the day.
