Thomas’s London Day Schools (TLDS) is a group of independent schools in South West London comprising of one kindergarten and five schools. Having gone through a significant period of expansion with the opening of our new school, Thomas’s College in September 2025, it is an exciting time to join Thomas’s London Day Schools. TLDS employs over 700 staff who work in the individual schools and in a central office in London.

This role sits within the Marketing & Communications Department, which works closely with Admissions and other key areas across the schools to deliver strategic, creative and effective communications. The department plays a central role in expressing Thomas’s values, vision and achievements to a wide range of audiences, driving an integrated approach across digital platforms, media relations, internal communications and brand development.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative marketing team comprising three connected strands, a Creative Team, a Content Origination Team, and the Digital Team, which you will coordinate. You will be supported by digital coordinators based in each Thomas’s school.

Together, these teams work closely with Heads, Heads of Admissions and senior staff to ensure every campaign, publication and digital channel reflects the warmth, creativity and excellence that define Thomas’s London Day Schools.

The Marketing Department is based in the Thomas’s Group office at Plantation Wharf, 10 minutes walk from Clapham Junction station.
