The EA to the Master of College is a critical role in the leadership of the school. The post-holder works closely as assistant to the Master, providing direct support with email and communications, meetings, diaries and scheduling. They work closely with multiple stakeholders, including the College Leadership Team, the Executive Leadership Team of Thomas’s London Day Schools (TLDS), wider staff, parents and students.
They also liaise with the general administration team of four, the reception team and the wider Business & Operations staff as necessary. The post-holder is the front-line representative of the Master’s Office.
There is also the opportunity to contribute to and help shape the nature of key events in the College calendar, from speech days and end of year celebrations to graduation ceremonies and the marking of high points through the school year.
