Twyford School is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Manager for this thriving co-ed prep school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educational HR professional, or someone with relevant experience looking for a career change.
An opportunity has arisen for a full-time HR Manager to join us at Twyford School. The successful candidate will be dynamic, proactive, possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and IT skills and have a high degree of personal integrity. Discretion and reliability are essential. In addition, you will be an experienced generalist in HR or employment law.
The core of the role is year round provision of a comprehensive, confidential and accurate HR and Safer Recruiting service and to ensure the School is always compliant with relevant legislation. The post is critical in ensuring the School is prepared for regulatory inspections by the ISI and other relevant bodies.

Any training required for the role will be provided. Working hours will normally be 37.5 hours per week, with a willingness to be flexible to meet the business needs. In addition, you will be working in a beautiful setting as the School stands in 30 acres of mature grounds near the cathedral city of Winchester.
